Franko B -
the class was told about a performer named Franko B, Franko B is an instinctive and direct artist whose unique consideration of himself and what it is like to be human is internationally recognised in a practice that spans performance, live art, installation and sculpture.
Saved by Edward bond - Saved has thirteen scenes. Six of the scenes are set in the living-room of the flat in the working-class area of South London that is shared by Harry, his wife Mary, and their daughter Pam and, after the first scene, Len and two in an attic bedroom in the same flat; three are in a nearby park; one scene is in a jail cell; and one takes place in a cafe. All of the scenes call for very simple settings.
The grid lines Walk - this exercise consisted of us picturing grid lines on the ground and only walking on those grids and we was told to set an objective to get what you want, and that was ment to make us speed up and walk faster to achieve our 'objectives'.
Music - music helped most of us in the class to clear our minds and to just be free and let go of tension in our bodies and be open.
Knee fighting - We had to place our hands behind our backs and use one hand to try and tap the back of our opponents knee. It was to push us to the limit and it ended up with everyone in the class dripping with sweat because we was constantly being told that we wasn't workimg hard enough and we was being pushed to our limits until we had no more
